Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and to follow the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) where it applies. Accessibility is an ongoing effort — we test as we build and fix issues as we find them.
What we do
- Text that adapts to your device and to larger font sizes.
- Colour choices intended to meet AA contrast in both light and dark themes.
- Keyboard access to interactive controls, with visible focus.
- Plain-language content, and structure that assistive technology can follow.
Known limits (we say so honestly)
Some parts — the interactive picture, barcodes, and PDFs — are still being brought fully to standard. If any of them blocks you, contact us and we will give you the same information another way while we fix it.
